SeyclopsTerms of Service
By creating a Seyclops account you agree to these terms. If you use Seyclops for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to act for it.
The service
Seyclops sends review requests to your customers, drafts replies to reviews with AI, and scores your online reputation. AI-drafted text is a suggestion: you’re responsible for what you send or publish.
Trial, billing and cancellation
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required, including Pro features.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for; we don’t issue partial refunds unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.
Your responsibilities
- Only contact real customers you recently served, who gave you their number or email and would reasonably expect to hear from you.
- Follow review-platform rules. Don’t offer incentives for reviews, write fake reviews, or use Seyclops to hide or discourage negative reviews. Our default Compliant mode is designed to follow Google’s policies and FTC guidance; turning on Gated mode is your choice and your responsibility.
- Respect opt-outs. Texts include opt-out instructions, and anyone who replies STOP won’t be texted again.
- Keep your login secure and comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
Your data
You own your business data and your customers’ data. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Seyclops running, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees of specific results such as a number of reviews or a ranking. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that send spam, abuse the service, or break these terms or the law.
